About Me

The Formal Bio

Jeff captured his love for photography as a teenager and knew from the outset that this was a passion that created intense joy in his life. He pursued photography throughout his life, and in 2004 started photographing weddings. He’s constantly striving to create unique images that encompass the excitement and love of your wedding day. His creative skills have been developed further by attending educational events for professional wedding photographers and numerous photography seminars. Jeff's philosophy is that people, lives, and memories only happen once. He strives to find your special moments, scenes, and emotional expressions throughout your wedding day, and depict them in a fun and exciting way, so that you have a living record of your special day.

Why I Love Weddings

Enough of the professional bio stuff, wanna know what I enjoy about weddings? First and foremost, I completely fall for the love story of a wedding day. The day two people, their families, their friends all come together to celebrate, smile, cry, and enjoy great music. I get giddy inside when I see a couple look into each others eyes, hold each others hands, or spring a wedding day kiss. The early moments of a wedding day with all the details, the shoes, the jewelry, the preparations for that one moment where you say “I do.” Walking down the aisle with great big smiles, handshakes, waves, and tears of joy. Awwwww… What follows is our pictures together. Wedding party, the bridesmaids, the groomsmen, the MOH, the BM, the families, the new family, then just the couple. The first time to spend a few moments to catch their breath, breathe it all in, and capture a set of portraits to last a lifetime. Holding, smiling, looking at each other, and realizing this love is eternal but, wait there’s more! The night is young and we have much more in store. You are announced in, have your first dance, followed by speeches, toasts, and life’s humorous notes. Bring on the music, bring on the dancers, bring on the antics! The night wraps with the last song, the final dance, the congratulations, the plans for tomorrow, and the hugs of love. The night fades but, the images will last a lifetime.
